1. About the Service
TeaOnHer Checker is an independent third-party lookup service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the TeaOnHer application or its parent company. We provide manual research reports indicating whether a profile matching your submitted identifiers appears on the TeaOnHer platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
- You must have a lawful basis for requesting the lookup (see Section 4).
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where this type of research service is permitted.
3. Account and Payment
No account creation is required. You pay a one-time flat fee per lookup via Stripe. All fees are stated clearly at checkout. Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice for future orders; your confirmed order price will not change after payment.
Refund policy
Because our analysts begin work immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:
- We are unable to complete the lookup within 48 hours of payment due to a service failure on our end.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.
To request a refund under these circumstances, email support@teaonher-checker.com within 7 days of payment.
4. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may use this service to
- Look up your own profile or potential presence on TeaOnHer
- Verify information about yourself for personal peace of mind
- Gather information relevant to your own safety or reputation
You may not use this service to
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual
- Gather information about a person without a lawful basis
- Facilitate discrimination, doxxing, or any illegal activity
- Circumvent any law, including applicable privacy and data protection laws
- Submit false or misleading information in your request
By submitting a request, you represent and warrant that you have a lawful reason for the lookup and that you will use the results lawfully. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe violates these terms.
5. Accuracy and Limitations
Our reports reflect the results of a manual search conducted at the time of the lookup. We provide results as "Found," "Not Found," or "Possible Match" with a stated confidence level. We make no guarantee that:
- All existing profiles will be found (the platform may have private or hidden content)
- Results will remain accurate after the report is delivered (content may be added or removed)
- A "Not Found" result means no profile exists — only that none was found during our search
Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice or evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to TeaOnHer Checker. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your submitted data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to perform your requested lookup.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeaOnHer Checker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific lookup giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeaOnHer Checker and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
